What Is MBK-G-55
Bituminous Mastic MBK-G-55 is a hot-applied, ready-to-use homogeneous compound consisting of petroleum bitumen, used motor oil, and mineral filler. It is manufactured at the Kadaly Hyzmat facility in Turkmenabat, Lebap Region, Turkmenistan, under process standard TR 02670621-01-2023.
The mastic is designed for bonding roll roofing and waterproofing materials and for applying protective layers on roofs, waterproofing seals on structural elements, buildings, and engineering structures.
The production process takes place in a 25-tonne bitumen boiler-mixer with a spiral agitator. The boiler is preheated to 200–220 °C, bitumen is melted, motor oil is added, and the blend is continuously stirred for up to 8 hours until a homogeneous mass is achieved.
Finished mastic is cooled to ambient temperature, packaged according to TR 02670621-01-2023, labelled, and palletised for dispatch. Batches shipped per buyer agreement — in paper bags with anti-stick lining, or without lining.
