Mining and mineral processing solutions across the European Union — recovering valuable metals from technogenic waste dumps using advanced gravity separation technologies.
About Us
We are a team of professionals specializing in the processing of sands and ores originating from mining waste dumps containing ferrous, non-ferrous, and precious metals, with the objective of recovering valuable components.
Material processing is carried out using environmentally responsible gravity separation technologies, employing advanced concentrators and followed by systematic reclamation of processed waste dumps.
What We Do
Processing
We specialize in the environmentally responsible processing of sands and technogenic mining waste dumps, including stockpiled and oxidized ores, with the objective of recovering gold, silver, polymetallic minerals, as well as other valuable components, including rare earth elements. Processing is carried out on our own modular plant — FV3000.
Geological Exploration
We have practical experience in conducting geological exploration of mineral deposits, technogenic waste dumps, stockpiled ores, and gold-bearing sands. Our activities include the confirmation of mineral reserves through systematic sampling programs, including the drilling of geological boreholes.
Full-Cycle Mining Operations
We possess experience and the relevant competencies in full-cycle mining operations, including both open-pit and underground mining, as well as the extraction of gold-bearing sands.
Testing & Metallurgical Evaluation
We conduct processing tests on large-volume material samples using industrial gravity separation equipment, including centrifugal concentrators, jigging machines, spiral separators, gravity tables, and magnetic separators. We determine particle size distribution and mineralogical composition to select optimal processing technologies. Laboratory testing and analytical studies are also performed.
Reclamation
Upon completion of waste dump processing, we carry out land reclamation activities, including landscape restoration, revegetation, and other measures aimed at returning affected areas to a stable and natural environmental condition.
Our Equipment
FV3000 is our own modular gravity recovery plant — designed, assembled and commissioned in-house, and now established as a separate division. It recovers gold, silver, platinum-group and other heavy minerals from placer and technogenic sands, ores, tailings and processing dumps.
The plant is built as a set of independent blocks, each within road transport dimensions and connected by flexible hoses and cables, so a line is assembled on site within hours. Water and electricity are the only site requirements — and the diesel generator supplied with the plant covers the electricity, making the installation fully autonomous. The technology is entirely physical: no cyanide, no mercury, only water, gravity and a centrifugal field.
The recovery core is a concentrator block built on two Falcon SB400 (Sepro) units with Auto-Pac automation, working in parallel at 50–200 G. The plant has been tested in Romania on sands, pyrite cinders, run-of-mine ore from the Zlatna and Certej areas, tailings and processing dumps.

Romania
Romania possesses a unique mining legacy. Hundreds of technogenic waste dumps formed during the socialist period are located across the country. These dumps contain millions of tonnes of polymetallic material from which only a single primary component was historically recovered, while a substantial portion of valuable metals remained in processing tailings.
Ore is already mined
Capital expenditures related to mining operations are avoided, as the material has already been extracted and stockpiled in waste dumps.
Ore is naturally oxidized
The material is suitable for gravity processing, having undergone natural oxidation in waste dumps for more than 40 years.
Ore is already finely sized
Particle sizes within the waste dumps typically range from several millimeters down to several hundred microns.
Established geological database
Exploration costs are minimized through extensive sampling and testing of more than 20 waste dumps across the country, with ongoing data development.
Proven processing solution
Numerous metallurgical tests have been conducted to define optimal gravity separation flowsheets using industrial concentrators and associated gravity equipment.
Large-scale resource base
General processing agreements are in place with multiple waste dump owners, covering millions of tonnes of mineral material.
We invite partners and investors to participate in the scaling of our operations and the development of new mineral processing facilities in Romania.
